Infinity Occupational Health hope to go the extra mile in our assessments to help manage fitness for work and maintain a healthy workforce.

Infinity Occupational Health hope to go the extra mile in our assessments to help manage fitness for work and maintain a healthy workforce.

Infinity Occupational Health are an occupational health provider and are able to provide nationwide assessments with our excellent range of clinics across the UK.

We specialise in physician-led occupational health especially to small and medium businesses, and are driven to provide our customers with a premier service.

We aim to give helpful, evidence-based advice, in order to maximise the productivity of your business, and improve workforce health. We hope to be able to enable companies to move forward appropriately.

We specialise in absence management, but are able to offer a comprehensive range of occupational health services.

We started in Swansea, South Wales, where our headquarters is based. Our clinic locations are growing in number and currently include:

  • Swansea (our HQ)

  • Cardiff

  • London (Harley Street, Kensington, Croydon, Romford, Slough)

  • Stockport & Manchester

We are delighted to now offer Nationwide assessments in addition to these locations.

Our Network Physicians are individually sourced and we aim to provide consistency with all our services.

Services include:

  • Management referrals for:

    • Sickness absence assessment

    • Fitness for work

  • Health surveillance (e.g. hand arm vibration assessments, HSE lead and asbestos medicals)

  • Ill health retirement assessment (e.g. Local Government Pension Scheme)

We can offer an urgent telephone assessment service in addition to being able to arrange clinic appointments across the country.

We are an independent and forward-thinking occupational health provider, with a growing client base and are able to provide anything between ad-hoc management referrals to full occupational health physician clinics.

In contrast to many providers, all occupational health referrals and business enqiuries are handled directly by our Clinical Director.

As a company we would love to work with you to ensure you get the best service possible, promoting health and safety in the workplace. We strive for customer satisfaction, as it is important to be able to build lasting relationships.

We can offer expert advice for any organisation or business thinking about making an occupational health referral, with a helpful and flexible approach. In addition, we can also offer home or site visits in difficult cases where an employee is unable to come to us, or (for example) if it would be helpful to view the working conditions of the employee in question. Occupational health physicians should be aware of the working practices and conditions for any occupational health assessment, and we go to great lengths to achieve this.

We have worked with many OH companies over the years but none nearly as good as Infinity Occupational Health. The reports we receive are always objective and above all definitive in their advice and their guidance.

We are able to liaise with specialists and other health professionals in order to achieve an early return to work following illness and sickness absence.

In addition to our work and experience in occupational health and medicine, our physicians have substantial previous experience in acute medicine specialties and general practice.

Whilst occupational physicians do not in most cases diagnose or treat illness, our experience means we have substantial knowledge of medical conditions, and can identify opportunities to help assist employees by liaising with GPs and suggesting unexplored options for treatment. We try to explain the medical significance of conditions wherever possible, and signpost businesses to appropriate sources of further advice if needed.

On many occasions, it is this holistic medical knowledge which has helped expedite further management, and most importantly from an employer's view, led to a faster, successful return to work or retention within the workplace.
